🌿 Pathfinder TLT Convention

Teen Leadership Training
November 6–8, 2026 | Lake Whitney Ranch

Our Pathfinder Teen Leadership Training (TLT) members are invited to a special weekend at Lake Whitney Ranch designed to encourage, equip, and inspire the next generation of Christian leaders!

The TLT Convention is an opportunity for teens to strengthen their leadership skills, confidence, teamwork, and faith while connecting with other young leaders. Through hands-on learning, fellowship, worship, and service, TLTs will be encouraged to discover how God can use their unique gifts to make a difference.

We’re excited to see our young people grow into servant leaders who lead with courage, kindness, and a heart for Jesus.

Please keep our TLTs and their leaders in prayer as they prepare for a wonderful weekend of learning, growing, and following where God leads!
